Private project access

Portrait projects, subject details, and uploaded reference photos are stored privately and are available only through the account that created them.

AI processing

To create requested artwork, we may send the selected reference photo, subject details, and project instructions to carefully selected third-party AI processing providers. We use those providers only to create and assess your requested portrait.

Photo retention

We retain original reference photos privately while your project is active. We delete originals 90 days after an order ships, or 30 days after an abandoned project. Generated artwork and limited records may be retained as needed for customer support, legal obligations, and the project history.

Early-list signups

If you join the early list, we store your email and consent record for launch updates. The signup flow does not promise a confirmation email.
