Artwork review
Each portrait includes one text revision after its preview is ready. Please review your preview carefully before approving artwork for products.
Made-to-order products
Once artwork is approved and a made-to-order product is produced, refunds are limited to a production defect or damage.
Before artwork approval
A full refund will be available before artwork approval.
